CorporateBIM training.
Structured programmes for firms moving from CAD to BIM — Revit fundamentals through advanced coordination, run on your projects, with your team.
Request a syllabusBIM ACE partners with architecture firms, contractors, and developers — locally in Myanmar and overseas — to coordinate BIM models from concept design through full construction documentation.
We don't draw buildings. We coordinate them — resolving the friction between structure, services and architecture before the first pour, so every clash is found on a screen instead of on site.
A selection of projects where BIM ACE acted as BIM manager, coordinator or modelling partner.
Every discipline is modelled as its own layer, federated into a single model, and resolved in sequence — so nothing reaches site that hasn't already been built once on screen.
Spatial layout, program and massing — the layer everything else is coordinated against.
Structural framing modelled and checked against architecture before it's built.
Mechanical, electrical and plumbing routed and clash-checked against structure and architecture.
Hard and soft clashes grouped, assigned and closed out in weekly coordination cycles.
The coordinated model linked to programme and quantities to test buildability before it's tendered.
The coordinated set becomes dimensioned, sheet-numbered construction documentation.

Field notes on BIM management, clash resolution and remote modelling — written by the people doing the work, not the marketing team.
Once in the model. Once on site.
Tell us about the project, the stage and the deliverables — we reply within one working day.
The things architects, contractors and developers usually ask before their first BIM contract with us.
Ask something elseBuilding Information Modeling is a coordinated 3D model that carries the geometry and the data of every building element. It matters because clashes, quantities and sequencing are resolved on screen — before they become site variations, delays and claims.
Yes — roughly half of our work is delivered remotely to practices in Singapore, Thailand, Australia, the UAE and Japan. Teams work in your time zone, on your CDE, under your BIM Execution Plan.
Autodesk Revit for authoring, Navisworks for federation and clash detection, Dynamo for automation, and Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360 as the common data environment. We also deliver IFC for openBIM workflows and Synchro for 4D.
Every discipline model is federated, run through an agreed clash matrix, and all hard clashes plus agreed soft-clash tolerances are closed out and signed off — with a report you can hand to the contractor.
Send us the drawings, the stage and the deliverables. We reply within one working day with a scope, LOD schedule and fee. Most projects begin with a two-week mobilisation to set up the BEP, templates and CDE.
Yes. Corporate programmes run from Revit fundamentals through advanced coordination and BIM management, delivered on your own live projects so the learning sticks.
