Ask something elseBuilding Information Modeling is a coordinated 3D model that carries the geometry and the data of every building element. It matters because clashes, quantities and sequencing are resolved on screen — before they become site variations, delays and claims.
Yes — roughly half of our work is delivered remotely to practices in Singapore, Thailand, Australia, the UAE and Japan. Teams work in your time zone, on your CDE, under your BIM Execution Plan.
Autodesk Revit for authoring, Navisworks for federation and clash detection, Dynamo for automation, and Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360 as the common data environment. We also deliver IFC for openBIM workflows and Synchro for 4D.
Every discipline model is federated, run through an agreed clash matrix, and all hard clashes plus agreed soft-clash tolerances are closed out and signed off — with a report you can hand to the contractor.
