BIM ACE is a Yangon-based BIM practice run by architects and engineers. We author, coordinate and manage federated models for developers and contractors in Myanmar — and work as a dedicated, outsourced BIM cell for practices in Singapore, Thailand, Australia, the UAE and Japan.
BIM ACE was set up in Yangon by architects and engineers who had spent years on the delivery side — watching coordinated models get re-drawn in CAD for the site, re-measured for the bill, and quietly ignored at handover. The model was never wrong because it was BIM; it was wrong because nobody owned it.
So we built a practice around ownership. One BIM manager accountable for the BEP and the CDE. Modellers who understand the building, not just the software. And a rule that every drawing, quantity and data drop is generated from the federated model — never beside it.
Today we hold the BIM management role on a retail development in Yangon and run outsourced modelling and coordination cells for overseas practices — same standards, same origin, same model.
