Every project here has a name, a role and a scope we can put in writing.
We would rather show one project in full than ten as thumbnails. Below is the contract we are delivering now — what the model does on it, which of our services it draws on, and where the work stands. Further case studies are added as they clear client sign-off.

A mall is a coordination problem wearing a retail brief.
Large open floor plates, long-span structure, dense services above the tenant zones and a fit-out programme that starts before the base build is finished. The client needed one party to own the model across disciplines so that design changes, clash resolution and drawing issue stayed in step — rather than three consultants each maintaining their own version of the building.
BIM ACE was appointed to that role: not as a modelling subcontractor to one discipline, but as the BIM manager for the project as a whole.

Construction Documentation
Plans, sections, details and schedules issued from the coordinated model with sheet and revision control — so what the site receives matches what was clashed.
Service 09
The drawings are a by-product of the coordination.
Because documentation is issued from the same model that is clashed each week, a resolved clash and a revised drawing are the same event, not two. The contractor gets a coordinated set and a signed-off model per zone; the client gets a single information owner to hold accountable. Results, quantities and lessons will be published here once the project reaches handover and the client approves release.
