Most firms sell BIM as alist of deliverables.We sell it as a system.

A model built for coordination should also be the model that produces the quantities, the sequence, the drawings and the handover data. When it isn't, the project pays for the same information three or four times — and none of the copies agree.

So every service below is described in terms of what it takes from the federated model and what it puts back. Engage us for one, and the others are already half-set-up.

Discipline models built to the LOD the stage actually needs — no more, no less.

Architectural, structural and MEP models authored in Revit from concept massing through to LOD 400 fabrication-ready geometry. Every model is set up against a shared origin, grid and level system so that each later service — coordination, quantification, documentation — reads from the same source rather than a re-drawn copy.

Federated models, run through an agreed clash matrix, closed out in weekly cycles.

We federate every discipline model in Navisworks, apply the clash matrix agreed in the BIM Execution Plan, then group, assign and track issues through to sign-off. The contractor receives a coordination report and a signed-off model — not a surprise in the plant room.
